WELCOME to all things FROZEN!

This website is designed for you.

We are here to support and inform you every step of the way.

All updates will be posted here , so please check back for the most current information.

FAQ/UPDATES:

All updates will be posted here.

Information is listed with date and time so that you know for sure that you have the most current information.

Due to the # of emails we are receiving, we will only be responding if your question is not answered below.

PLEASE CHECK BACK, especially before your audition, so that you have the most accurate information. Thank you!

March 14th: 5:20pm

  • SIDES UPDATE: Pabbie, Bulda, King and Queen- please check the audition material Dropbox file for edited sides. If you have already taped, no worries! We will use these new sides moving forward. Thank you!

March 11th: 7pm

  • Live audition invites have started to go out. There are still MANY videos to enjoy (over 500) so more invites will continue to go out.

  • Ensemble Roles: Some may just video audition for vocals and then be seen at the dance call on April 2nd or for Director (date TBD).

  • Adults: If you are invited for Ensemble/Princess, then please prepare Anna and/or Elsa. Please remember that these roles have been cast, so this is Ensemble to cover.

3/6: 11am

  • If you auditioned on 2/25 and/or 2/26:

    • I have sent eco cast invites to everyone; however, some invites did not go through apparently. So...if you were asked to submit online so we could send an eco cast invite but have not received one yet, please email me Julia@Florescasting.com. This is only for those we invited to submit in the room please and thank you.

    • If you have been asked to video, please include choreography as well (even if you danced on 2/26). I am sharing these with our Choreographer and they will be good reference points for us down the road.

3/4: 7:45pm

  • PARENTS:

    • If your child would like to audition but did not receive an eco cast invite or email, you may submit video audition (follow the Video Audition Information below) but with over 400 videos coming in, I cannot guarantee that unsolicited videos will be watched (although I do have a soft spot for my actors, especially the little ones, and will do everything in my power to view all).

    • Next Step if/when all goes well, will be a live audition (by invitation only) some time between 3/17 and 4/10.

  • OAKEN: Please prepare all material with a Norwegian accent

3/3: 9pm

  • Live Audition Invites for 3/17 and 3/18 will start to be sent on or about 3/10

  • Eco Cast Video Audition Invites have now all been sent. Please be sure to read through all of the details below before submitting your video audition (esp. Video Audition Checklist).

  • If you have been invited to audition for Ensemble AND another role, then please tape material for both.

  • CHOREO: Your choice whether you tape Dancer or Mover Choreo. You can also try your best at both if you'd like

  • I asked our MD to prioritize your vocal sides. See below (and in our DB file) for our list. Although these may be the focus, it would be safest to at least be familiar with all material requested. Thank you!

2/27: 12pm

  • I am going to be 100% honest...the number of emails we are receiving has become completely overwhelming and I hope you understand that my focus right now needs to be casting this show. You have my word that I will do my best to respond to any questions not answered here, but please extend some patience and compassion. My thanks to all!

  • All Live Auditions and Video Auditions are by invitation.

2/26: 11:40am

  • Young Anna and Young Else will both be a part of the choreo in FIXER UPPER so it would be helpful to see them do the choreo at some point. Vocals and acting are truly the focus, but dance is a plus!

  • Dance calls: flats are preferred. No tennis shoes or heels.

2/23: 2:00pm

  • We are 100% transparent as to what our contract/offer will be. What you see listed below (see Contract/Comps) is what your offer will be. There are no driving stipends, housing or agent fees. If this is acceptable, we so look forward to seeing you!

2/22: 10pm

  • The roles of Elsa, Anna and Olaf have been cast.

  • Video auditions will be accepted, however we would prefer to see everyone live at least once. Because of the large number of videos being submitted, we can only promise to view the videos directly requested by Flores Casting.

  • LA Local Hires for the remaining roles. We do not have the budget to travel and house.

  • There will be Equity and Non Equity members in the cast

  • Our Young Anna and Young Elsa will be volunteers. There will be a $550 flat driving stipend offered.

  • A SPECIAL NOTE FOR ALL PARENTS:

I am so looking forward to seeing lots of familiar AND new faces for this! I know that you all want to give your daughters the tools to do their very best, but it's strongly recommended that you NOT coach your kids with this material (vocal coaching okay, but not the sides). After 30+ years of casting kids, I promise that it is much better to keep this material unrehearsed. I am here to help them with any adjustments and notes. You can run lines with them so they feel prepared, but please leave the rest up to us. We are looking for real kids with heart and smarts. Enjoy the process and know that you have my sincerest thanks for sharing your little (and not so little) ones with us.
